GENERAL REVIEW

Donald had spent his life in technology, infrastructure designs, and large scale implementation of data management systems.  his salaries had been 'high at times' and tanked at other times, largely because of the volatile nature of the .dot come industries.

The primary focus of this search was to 'tap' Donald's leadership and technical strengths in a position of influence, where he could function at his best, a strategist and change agent.

As part of our 'focus and direction' we ran research on organizations currently in the midst of technological expansions.  The results of that research led us to extract information on colleges and universities within a 50 mile radius of Donald's home.  Certainly not from irony, the key universities and several of the 'academic search engines' yielded a variety of opportunities to pursue, one of us which was offered and accepted by Donald.

"Base salary will be around $95K, but check out these benefits, 7 weeks paid vacation per year, health, dental, vision, pension, retirement, 403b, educational benefits (courses in the system are free/discounted for myself and my wife and my kids, when they get old enough).  I plan to pursue an MBA/MS and my wife will complete her PhD.  Not to mention basketball games, a low cost of living, a great quality of life, and a golf membership at the University course!
