GENERAL REVIEW

Dan came to R. L. Stevens after being with the same company for over 17 years. In typical 'job search paranoia' his employer provided him with only 4 weeks severance after 17 years of loyal service in diverse locations through out the country. Our primary responsibility had to be the development of a working marketing document (resume) and research contacts that would enable Dan to not move again.

As an IT person, Dan was skeptical about the basic nature of electronic resume communications. He embarked upon a 'hard copy letter campaign' to his top 105 companies. There were numerous responses, but one in particular worth sharing...
