One Horrible Winter Accident in Minnesota
I never really knew the importance of auto emergency kits, until I saw an accident. I lived in Minnesota, and in the winter the highways are very slippery . Last winter I was a witness to a horrible car accident. Four cars were involved, and one car was completely twisted. I parked on the site of the accident, and I got out of my car and I called emergency services, as soon as I knew that they were on their way I went to the car that was the worst. There was a baby in the car crying, and the mother was in the front unconscious. I reached in and I grabbed the baby, and it was bleeding. I knew that the baby would be OK, so I went over to the mother. I got my mask out of my emergency kit, and I did the CPR breathing procedure on the mother. I was able to help her gain consciousness, and then I went to her baby and put bandages all over the babies wound. By time the emergency crews came, the mother and the a baby were OK. I’m so happy that I had my emergency kit with me, because it really helped me a lot with the accident.
